Seven volumes in two parts, presented as a “new edition, corrected and enlarged”. The end result had a long publication history. The individual volumes were published over a period of time (1803, 1804, 1806, 1808, etc.); with the publication of the collective work in 1816, the original titles were cancelled in favour of new ones.
